HerDay stores your account email, recipient preferences you choose to share, important dates, feedback, gift history and planning budgets to provide gift recommendations. Do not provide information you lack permission to share.
Newsletter accounts use personal-email confirmation links, Sites storage and configured email delivery providers. OpenAI and configured shopping providers support recommendations. With your optional AI consent, selected interests are sent to OpenAI for personalized relevance. API requests use store:false; provider retention and jurisdiction must be reviewed before launch. We do not enable profile training.
You can edit or delete inferred preferences, pause email, export your account data and request deletion through Settings. Payment providers may retain records independently. Retention periods, legal basis, international transfers, recipient rights and the privacy contact must be finalized.
